At Melanin Art every archival print and canvas is made to order from one of our three US fulfillment centers in Anaheim CA, Louisville KY, or Plano TX, routed to whichever is closest to you. Standard shipping is free on every order.

Not the right fit? You have 14 days from delivery to start a return, for any reason. No magic phrases.

Condition: Original, unused, in original packaging.
Return shipping: Customer pays for change-of-mind returns. We pay when the item is damaged, defective, or wrong.
Restocking fee: 20% on change-of-mind returns. Waived for damaged, defective, or wrong-item returns.
Refund timing: 3-5 business days back to your original payment method after we receive and inspect.

Damaged, Wrong, or Lost

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email cs@melaninart.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order # and a photo of the damage (including the packaging). We'll ship a free replacement immediately. Lost in transit? Same deal: free reprint and reship.
